How to Disable Edit & Delete Access on Enhanced Workbench in Custom Role (Doc ID 2926362.1)

Goal

In Enhanced Workbench, "Edit Layout" and "Delete Layout" options are always available on the Left side hidden menu bar. Any user clicking on those option(s) may impact the actual requirement of that Enhanced Workbench.

So, most of cases, Business will not expect an end user to edit or delete any Enhanced Workbench- rather this access must be limited to Admin users and/or other required persons/roles.

How can we restrict the Edit/Delete access to specific Roles/Users and not for all end users or roles?
