Journal Not Getting Created After Uploading From ADFDI By Using "Create Journal In Spreadsheet" Task (Doc ID 2926442.1)

Goal

"Create Journal in Spreadsheet" does not import and create any Journals, though the job Import Journal completes with no error. Only Import job runs, 'Post Journals' job is not even kicked off.

Log file for Import Journal shows  fv_enabled = Y
