Goal

While creating a negotiation. On line train stop, added the item in line and in 'Manage Default Line Attributes' added the attributes and also the Target value and selected the 'Display Target Value' and submitted the negotiation.
when supplier is responding the negotiation. supplier is not able to see the Target value.
