Symptoms
RF devices are not connecting to WMS.
We are seeing users of the RF devices being dropped from their connection with WMS, others are not connecting or authenticating from the login screen. We also were able to reproduce the login issue via the web RF, where after entering the credentials the dots/bar across the bottom show that it's pending however never reaches the main menu.
