Unable to Update DFF in Fixed Assets Transaction Details (Doc ID 2926893.1)

Symptoms

After setting a global segment for the FA_TRANSACTION_HEADERS DFF, the field shows in the UI during Assets Adjustments but does not allow to enter data.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Have a DFF setup as below:

DFF : Transactions
Flexfield code FA_TRANSACTION_HEADERS

Global Segment
10 XXXXXXX   Table Column: ATTRIBUTE_NUMBER1      Value Set: XXXXXXX

2. Try to adjust an asset.
