Oracle Business Network (OBN) is not receiving the inputs/messages from CMK for PO Outbound.

ERROR

Error code: B2B-50079

STEPS TO REPRODUCE

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Submit PO through CMK
2. OBN does not receive the PO message
