Symptoms
IDCS Directory Integration Service (DIS) issue when running with 2 Domain Controllers (DC) and one DC stops working due to some issue but the other DC is still active. The DC Status shows active in IDCS but creation of user in DC it is not getting imported in IDCS and when manual import is done, it fails there as well.
