Purpose

This document describes the Construction & Engineering Global Business Units (CEGBU) Cloud Maintenance schedule and associated down time for Oracle Primavera Unifier Essentials hosted on OCI.

Scope

Oracle reserves specific maintenance periods for changes that require the Cloud service to be unavailable to customers. These maintenance periods are divided into two main types; CORE system and APPLICATION maintenance.

Core system maintenance occurs at the data center level such as OS infrastructure, network, storage, security patching etc. It does not change/affect customer applications.
