Symptoms

Reverse auto-population (RAP) fails when a status Data Element (DE) on the Detail Form is configured to RAP a status DE on the Upper Form.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

RAP should not fail when a status DE on the detail form is configured to RAP a status DE on Upper Form.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Log in as the user.
  2. Navigate to Shell and BP log.
  3. Click on create.
  4. Fill in the necessary information including the status DE on the Detail Form.
  5. Send the record to the next step.
  6. Notice that the RAP did not occur from the status DE on the Detail Form to the status DE on the Upper Form.
