Symptoms
Reverse auto-population (RAP) fails when a status Data Element (DE) on the Detail Form is configured to RAP a status DE on the Upper Form.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
RAP should not fail when a status DE on the detail form is configured to RAP a status DE on Upper Form.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Log in as the user.
- Navigate to Shell and BP log.
- Click on create.
- Fill in the necessary information including the status DE on the Detail Form.
- Send the record to the next step.
- Notice that the RAP did not occur from the status DE on the Detail Form to the status DE on the Upper Form.
