Symptoms

After having applied the Oracle Data Integrator bundle patch or stack patch bundle version 12.2.1.4.210321 or later, a repository upgrade might be needed, and the upgrade assistant (UA) may need to be run as a post-installation step.

The UA fails with the following error:


To reproduce:

1. Apply an ODI BP, I.E  ODI BP 12.2.1.4.221215 following steps from Document 2920884.1
2. Attempt to run the upgrade assistant
3. Observe the error
