Oracle Fusion Global Payroll : Receiving JBO-25183 Error while Updating Position Details (Doc ID 2927237.1)

Symptoms

 Issue :

  User is not able to Update Parent Position for a Position.

 Error :

"JBO-25813: Exception in expression
"oracle.apps.hcm.payrolls.registrations.protectedModel.entity.PayrollUsageDEO" trigger "HR_Payroll_Additional_Info" : java.lang.NullPointerException"

 Steps :

1. My Client Groups -> Workforce Structures

2. Click on Position Details

3. Querying a Position "00012345"

4. Click on Update to change the Parent Position

5. Change it from "XX Manager" to "XX Director"

6. After this, In the Impacted Assignment Region, getting above Error.  This error message is restricting to Save the changes.

Same error is reproduced in both classic and responsive UI.
