Symptoms

On the OBP,  the user has observed that there are a few blocks missing in Peer-1 of the organization.

The user found that the user has an ERC-20 token smart contract given by Oracle and the user observed a different "account balance" for the same "account" on both peers(peer-0&peer-1) so while doing troubleshooting user found some missing Blocks in Peer-1.
