Symptoms
1) Under Tools > Scheduled Processes > 'Knowledge Search Batch Process' job is consistently showing Status as 'Error'.
2) Under Tools > Scheduled Processes > 'Knowledge Search Batch Process' job is 'Running' for over 24 hrs.
