Connecting OAC to your OCI Storage Bucket Errors With "Failed to save the connection. Invalid connection parameters specified" (Doc ID 2927855.1)

Symptoms

You are configuring a connection from Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) to an OCI Object Storage Bucket.

The correct tenancy and user OCID's are added into a new "OCI Resource" connection setu per Create a Connection to Your OCI Tenancy. After generating, then pasting the API key,  and then clicking the OK button to save the settings, an error displays noting invalid parameters were used:

"Failed to save the connection. Invalid connection parameters specified"
