Retirement Reason Is Not Translated To Canadian French On Reinstatement UI (Doc ID 2927943.1)

Symptoms

When retiring an asset the Retirement Reason is translated to Canadian French, however when the users attempt to reinstate the same asset the Retirement Reason is not translated to Canadian French.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Retire asset, select Canadian French value for the Retirement Reason field.
2. Navigate to the Reinstatement UI and search for asset.
