ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------

Missing data after consolidation. FCCS_YTD_Input data does not flow to FCCS_YTD after consolidation being run.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Data submission successfully, executed consolidation and the value should roll-up to FCCS_YTD view.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open adhoc-grid with specific POV
2. Input value in YTD_Input
4. Submit the data
5. Execute consolidation
