Stock Counts Unit And Amount Ignore UINs Without Range (Doc ID 2928019.1)

Goal

While adding an item with Unique Identification Number (UIN) is within the hierarchy programmed in the file for a unit and amount type third-party stock count, only the Stock Keeping Unit (SKU) is added to the stock count even though the UIN is in the rejected items.
