When creating an Activity Subject Area report with the columns Activity Id, Activity Name, Project Name, Project Id and filtering on Activity Id, the report returns many more rows then the same report using the Resource Assignment Subject Area

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create an Activity Subject Area report with the columns Activity Id, Activity Name, Project Name, Project Id. Filter on Activity Id.
2. Create a Resource Assignment Subject Area report with the columns Activity Id, Activity Name, Project Name, Project Id. Filter on Activity Id.
3. The reports return different activities. The report created in the Activity Subject Area returns more results.
