Symptoms
Background color of the header row of data table reverts to default after editing the layout.
Steps to reproduce the issue

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a layout having the data table in it.
2. Change the background color of the header row to the transparent one (from Properties section)
3. Save layout and run the report.
=> The background color DO NOT appear on report, which is expected.
4. Now, edit this layout and go to layout editor page.
5. Observe the background color of the data table.
=> It is changed to default ones (which is "sky blue").
6. Save layout and run the report.
=> The report DOES NOT display transparent background for header row.
