Cloud Data Management - Workbench Data is Not Accumulated Correctly In FCCS (Doc ID 2928158.1)

Symptoms

After the export, data is not getting accumulated for some accounts when checking in FCCS.

For example, in Workbench, filter on Entity: *60015 and Account: *41012.
There will be 3 rows returned.

In SmartView, for the same POV as in Workbench, the data is incorrect and not reflecting what is seen in Workbench..

In Import Format, the File Type is Delimited - Numeric Data
