Unable to change a BP Picker that has line item(s) associated with it.

An active BP Picker is throwing an error when users try to select or enter data into the field.


You cannot change a BP picker that has line item(s) associated with it


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Log into Prod environment.
  2. Proxy in as the user.
  3. Open up the Shell. 
  4. Open up Inspector Daily Report.
  5. Click Create.
  6. Navigate to Inspector's Daily Report.
  7. Click "Type a Work Order No" in the contract number field.
  8. The error message box will appear.
