Unable View Items/Orders Despite Having Admin Roles (Doc ID 2928169.1)

Symptoms

In production RMS an application user is not able to view any data when they search for any items in the 'Item Search' screen or any orders in the 'Order Search' screen.

The user configuration is the same as on a lower environment and they are able to view items and orders.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Items should appear when customer search since customer have admin role

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to UI
2. In Tasks Items->Manage Item ->Enter item number and search
