Report differences (User Changing)

Symptoms
There's been noted a discrepancy in real time reports vs historical.
In the historical report useing "Company history".
The user has two "Row ID / Owner ID"
In the real time report using "Company" in real time.
The same user has only one, the right "Row ID / Owner ID"
Reproducible Steps:
1. Navigate to historical report
2 The report returns two "Row ID / Owner ID"
3. Then, run real time version of the same report
4. The report returns the right "Row ID / Owner ID"
Need to understand why there's a discrepancy between the 2 reports.
