Fusion Global HR: Configurable Form Not Defaulting Fields After 23A

Symptoms
Configurable form that pulls the Person number, Name and other additional information is not getting populated.
These values were defaulting before 23A upgrade. After 23A, the values are not defaulted.
Below is the query used in default section in the flexfield
For person Number:
Above query returns data when run in BI.
The display type is set to Text box and read-only.
If the display type is changed to List of values, the data is seen in the configurable form. Text Box display type is not defaulting data.
STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Journey App
2. Click on My Tasks
3. Select the configurable form task
4. Notice that fields are not defaulted
