Symptoms

In 23A, In Adjust Individual Balances UI no values come up in Balance LOV and Elements LOV if the user doing Balance Adjustment does not have one of the seeded job roles:


ORA_CMP_COMPENSATION_ADMINISTRATOR_JOB
ORA_HRC_HUMAN_CAPITAL_MANAGEMENT_APPLICATION_ADMINISTRATOR_JOB
