Performance issue in 'Select Serial Numbers' screen of TO receipt

Business case: Customer is creating TO with multiple lines having quantities more than 1000 in each line and shipping it(It is a WMS Org), at the receiving org(not WMS), user need to use the Inventory 'Receive Expected Shipment' screen to receive the TO. While selecting the Sl. Nos( not necessarily this sl. no will be in sequence- this is scanned by WMS and shipped- User may not be bale to enter a range), user navigate to 'View details' page and record serial numbers in 'Select Serial Numbers' screen. Here user will be able to select the first 500 Sl. Nos and system is taking lot of time in selecting and subsequently user will be able to select a few (say 32 Sl nos at a time). By this way user will never be able to receive multiple lines in TO having more than ten thousand quantities at time. We are expecting user will be able to select all the Sl. Nos irrespective of the quantity in single click and go ahead to the next line immediately and complete the TO receiving process


STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. create TO with multiple lines
2. ship TO
3. receive TO -> Receive Expected Shipments -> click on Receive -> click on View Details -> click on Action -> Record Lots and Serial Number -> click on Select Serial Numbers
4. Performance issue in 'Select Serial Numbers'
