Symptoms
On : 11.13.22.10.0 version, Customer Billing (Transactions)
When attempting to executing the Generate and Transfer XML transactions Ess job, the following error occurs.
ERROR

The delivery is failing with the error message - B2B Delivery Failure.
STEPS
---------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Create Ar invoice #XXXX
2. Configure CMK with all the set ups and enable for B2B xml messaging.
3. Please submit the process Generate and Transfer XML transactions Ess job
