Unable to Login to Essbase Using Smart View or the WebUI "There is a problem with your account. Please contact Support" (Doc ID 2928636.1)

When a user attempts to login to Essbase via Smart View or the WebUI, getting the following message: 

 "There is a problem with your account. Please contact Support"

The administrator account is able to login. The error only occurs while logging in using Active Directory credentials.


The IDCS Diagnostic Report has the following error:

The Federation partner <FEDERATION_PARTNER_NAME> is not recognized.

Could not find the AuthnRequest associated with the following assertion from partner Northwell Authentication:  Authentication failed due to the missing SAML request or response.
