Subledger Period Close Exception Report Is Generating Error After Period Closure (Doc ID 2928674.1)

Symptoms

The Dec-22 period for Fixed Assets was closed.

When the user is running the Subledger Period Close Exceptions Report in Feb-23, it is showing invalid exception status in Fixed Assets for Dec-22 period, even though the period is closed.
