Symptoms

When attempting to import leases through FBDI spreadsheet,
the following error occurs.

ERROR

An application error occurred while processing a lease contract: ORA-01400: cannot insert NULL into (???). Package FLA_LEASE_HEADERS_PKG.create_lease_header at main.200.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. fill in FBDI spreadsheet
2. generate zip
3. import zip. get error. lease addition is rejected.

Additionally, when trying to add a lease manually in the UI, the following pop-up error is received:

Cannot get Document Sequence. (FND-139)
