Delete BDI System Option SkipImporterActivitiesForExternal In TEST Environment (Doc ID 2928714.1)

Delete BDI system option skipImporterActivitiesForExternal in TEST environment.

After the MFCS & RICS CPU Patching completed, the system option skipImporterActivitiesForExternal appears again in BDI Process Flow Admin Console.
And since the system option is set to true, all the "ImporterActivity" for BDI Pricing as well as BDI Finance jobs has the 'Skip' checked again.

Customer has unchecked all the "Skip" of ImporterActivity so that it will NOT be skipped in tonight's run.

Customer also tried to delete system option skipImporterActivitiesForExternal but it is giving "Unable to delete System Option". Below steps customer tried to follow to delete the BDI skipImporterActivitiesForExternal system option :

1) Login to BDI Process Flow Admin Console
2) Select [Manage Configurations] then [System Options]
3) Scroll down and you will see skipImporterActivitiesForExternal as the last entry
4) Click [Delete] icon
5) After confirming the deletion, notice the error "Unable to delete System Option"
