Fix Error Button Clearing The Details When Use Copy Order Action Entering an Erroneous Date In Other Than Order Release ID (Doc ID 2928724.1)

Symptoms

Copying an Order Release and entering incorrect(does not exist) data (other than the Order Release ID)  generates an error, with the Fix Error button. When clicked
it goes back to a cleared OR form  losing all data  from the original Order release that is to be copied
