Notification Not Working As Required In VBCS (Doc ID 2928730.1)

Symptoms

Using fire notification does not show a pop-up on running the application, while on inspecting the console it shows proper commands. Same issue with fire data provider event. It does not refresh the table data on front-end, whereas console has properly executed commands.
