ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

In a custom print that has an Rich Text Format (RTF) Data Elements (DE) to allow images in a Business Process (BP) record, when printing the custom print that has the DEs, some of the images do not print out and instead leave a white space. If the image is resized and inserted back into the BP record, the images will show next time the custom print is run. However, if f more information is added to the BP record, the issue re-occurs.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
