Goal

When running the Cost Scenario Roll up it's showing the next message: There are Orphaned Resources.
MFG user generated a ABC Work Definition for an specific Item and when the CST user rolled up the new Cost Scenario with the new resources contained it shows the message related to the Orphaned Resources.

Please clarify why this message is shown if the resources are assigned to the Work Definition and considered in the Cost Scenario ?
