Usage of OTM Data Dictionary Views and _T Tables is Restricted Starting from 23A (Doc ID 2929001.1)

Symptoms

Starting from OTM Quarterly Release 23A, customers will not be able to use any underlying tables and data dictionary views in OTM.

Custom SQL and reports will not work after 23A if you are using _T table names, DBA, v$ or gv$ dictionary views.

Changes

This restriction has been introduces starting from OTM Quarterly Release 23A.

If someone is using any of these underlying tables and data dictionary views in any of their Custom SQL and report, to continue using those after 23A upgrade, they must modify as suggested.
