Symptoms
Incorrect Cross Linking of Compliance Rules is Happening While Screening For Multiple Compliance Rules of License Determination on GTM Transaction.
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
--------------------
Incorrect outcome while screening for multiple compliance rules for license determination on the transaction.
System is not able considering multiple license requirements (when applicable) for a trade transaction while executing action 'Execute Compliance Rule'.
Even if the precedence has been set for the available controls, still the system doesn't capture both the controls simultaneously on the Transaction. It only captures one control.
Additionally, if only one license is applicable, then also multiple controls are getting tagged simultaneously and with incorrect mapping between Control Type vs Exception Control Type and cascaded to incorrect tagging for Compliance rule vs Exception Compliance Rule
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
--------------------------
1. When only one license is applicable, only the correct combination of Control Type vs Exception Control Type should be tagged on the transaction.
2. When more than one licenses are applicable, all the correct combinations of Control Type vs Exception Control Type should be tagged on the transaction.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
-----------------------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create more than one Control Types and Control Codes for License and License Exception.
2. Create corresponding Compliance Rules
3. Add them on Compliance Rule Set
4. Create Compliance Rule Set Groups for them
5. Create Transaction#1 that is applicable for only 1 set of Control Type vs Exception Control Type
6. Create Transaction#2 that is applicable for more than 1 set of Control Type vs Exception Control Type
7. For both the transactions apply action > Compliance > Execute Compliance Rule
This will give the incorrect outcome as explained above.
