Create Negotiation
Item Attachment does not default in the Negotiation.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Item attachment to default in the Negotiation.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Add attachment to an Item
2. Create a negotiation via UI
3. Add the same item to negotiation > line
Attachment field is not populated.
