Sending a Task For Completion Hangs Indefinitely Until The Window is Closed

Information in this document applies to any platform.
When sending a task for completion, the window hangs indefinitely until the window is closed, or a timeout error is received.
The window should load in an appropriate amount of time.
The issue can be reproduced at will using the following steps:
- Navigate to the Project and Business Process.
- Select and open the Business Process record.
- Select Send > Send again (at bottom of new Window).
- Observe the reported behavior.
