DCS Application Is Not Opening In Test Environment (Doc ID 2929262.1)

Symptoms

Application url is not working properly, when they try to open the application from builder, it is directly navigating IDCS login page instead of DCS home page in Test environment. From DCS only when user clicks on sign-in, it should navigate to IDCS login.
