Question

1)Customer will create two unreferenced RMA lines

2)Line status will go to Awaiting Receiving-→Followed by Awaiting Billing

3)Now from Manage Depot Repair , they will search RMA #

4)They will create Estimate for line #1 and create work order -->This will create Flat Rate charges line in OM with line type (Depot Repair)

5)So now question is from OM can we see anywhere how Line Flat Rate charges created (i.e. this is created against which line of sales orders )
