PRC:PO: Email Address Error - You must provide a value for the Supplier Email Attribute (Doc ID 2929478.1)

On : 11.13.22.01.0 version, Suppliers

While creating PO from process requisitions, selecting supplier communication as Email and trying to search a Supplier, we are getting Error# You must provide a value for the Supplier Email attribute, this does not allow to navigate to PO or supplier page.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a new PO from process requisition
2. supplier communication as Email
3. trying to search a Supplier
4. Error# You must provide a value for the Supplier Email attribute
