Commerce Dynamic Menu Attribute reverts value in UI when Validation Rules throw Errors (Doc ID 2929484.1)

Symptoms

 When updating the transaction line attributes, if the validation rules are throwing errors when trying to save, the value of the Menu Attribute gets reverted in the UI. When clicking on the Menu Attribute again, the new value appears.
