Initial Data Load Performance Issue With ITEM UDA (Doc ID 2929638.1)

Symptoms

Initial data load (standalone deployment) has performance issues for foundation data when the following ITEM UDA module is executed with all files from same group are loaded to object storage.


Steps To Reproduce:

1. Login to SIOCS web client.
2. Upload item UDA files to imports in FTS screen.
3. Run Initial Foundation Data File Import batch in Job Admin screen.
