Symptoms

Unable to attach more than one Ultra High Performance(UHP) volume to an instance with an error - "Cannot attach a UHP volume to instance because the instance already has reached the maximum number 1 of attached UHP volumes. To attach this volume, first detach an existing UHP volume from the instance and then try again"
