Fusion Global HR: Change Manager Transaction Is Getting Failed with {TASKOUTCOME_ERROR} (Doc ID 2929742.1)

Symptoms

When change manager transaction is initiated by Proposed Line Manager it's getting failed with below error:

faultName: {{TASKOUTCOME_ERROR}TASKOUTCOME_ERROR} messageType: {{http://schemas.oracle.com/bpel/extension}RuntimeFaultMessage}


The Approval rule should route for approval to >> proposed new line manager >> and FYI to Regional HR

Approval rule works fine when transaction is initiated by Current Line manager or Any other HR Person.



STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. My Team >. Change manager >> Initiated by Proposed Line Manager
Transaction failed with above error message.
