Fusion Compensation: Market Data Composites HSDL Error (Doc ID 2929793.1)

Symptoms

When trying to create market data survey composites through HSDL spreadsheet,  the load fails with the following error:

The complete user key for the object MktComposite was not supplied. You must supply values for all user key columns: Compensation Type Code, Country Code, Job Code, Market Segment Code, Start Date.

In the HSDL spreadsheet file, user is has provided data for all these attributes except market Segment code. Instead of segment code,  user has entered Location code and set code since they are trying to create market composites based on Location code and not based on Market Segment.
