On, Service Requests

Requirement is to check the end date for 'Aggregate Service Requests' ESS job on production but when we click on Edit schedule the application gives the following error:

An application error occurred. See the incident log for more information.
An application error has occurred. Your help desk can use the following information to obtain a more detailed description of this incident: 3, Server Domain: FADomain, Server Instance: UIServer_as22_03, Application Name: ORA_FSCM_UIAPP.
