ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Users are getting an error when attempting to manually sign on a Contract record.
ERROR

You must specify a valid internal contact (OKC-195250)
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into application
2. Navigate to Contracts Management
3. Query a Contract and select it
4. Navigate to Deliverables tab
5. Review the value for Internal Party Contact (notice that is a valid contact)
6. Log in as the previous contact
7. Try to manually sign the Contract
