OCDS subprocess failed

Below OCDS Process failed are failed.

1. PromotionOffer_Tx_SubProcessFlow_From_RMS_To_OCDS
2. PriceChange_Tx_SubProcessFlow_From_RMS_To_OCDS
3. Clearance_Tx_SubProcessFlow_From_RMS_To_OCDS

  PromotionOffer_Tx_SubProcessFlow_From_RMS_To_OCDS
  PriceChange_Tx_SubProcessFlow_From_RMS_To_OCDS
  Clearance_Tx_SubProcessFlow_From_RMS_To_OCDS
2. See the error: ORA-00001: unique constraint (OCDS_TXN.PK_CLEARANCE) violated
